We offer scheduled weekly/biweekly delivery to our customers located within our delivery zones, serving a large area of Tennessee and regions of Kentucky. For existing customers, orders must be received by 2:00pm the day before scheduled delivery to guarantee next-day shipment. We happily accept and encourage pre-orders!
Exact delivery times are contingent upon navigational logistics of the driving route. We are happy to accommodate AM/PM delivery window requests whenever feasible, but this may not always be guaranteed.

to ensure our ability to address your concerns. Replacement/return requests received after this timeframe may not be honored, as we can no longer confirm the source of the issue.
Blooming plants and custom designs are sold AS-IS. If you have any concerns about any of these items you've received, please tell our driver at the time of your delivery. Returns, replacements & credits are not available after you've signed for your delivery.
We accept cash, check and credit card payments at the time of delivery.
Credit card payments will include a 3.5% processing fee.
Net30 credit terms on your account must be approved and secured with a credit card on file.
