PAYMENT METHOD

All new accounts are COD.

We accept cash, check and credit card payments at the time of delivery.

Net30 credit terms on your account must be approved after at least one year of good business with us and secured with a credit card on file.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer scheduled weekly/biweekly delivery to our customers located within our delivery zones, serving a large area of Tennessee and regions of Kentucky. For existing customers, orders must be received by 12:00pm the day before scheduled delivery to guarantee next-day shipment. We happily accept and encourage pre-orders!

Exact delivery times are contingent upon navigational logistics of the driving route. We are happy to accommodate AM/PM delivery window requests whenever feasible, but this may not always be guaranteed.

If you have received a shipment from us that raises any concerns, please call us right away!

We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment

to ensure our ability to address your concerns. Replacement/return requests received after this timeframe may not be honored, as we can no longer confirm the source of the issue.

Blooming plants, special orders and custom designs are sold AS-IS. If you have any concerns about any of these items you've received, please tell our driver at the time of your delivery. Returns, replacements & credits are not available after you've signed for your delivery.
