  • How do I open a new customer account?
    Please give us a shout by email or call our office. sales@southernwholesalefoliage.com 615-489-2647 We'd love to discuss how we can begin a new happy plant relationship with you today!
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to commercial locations for retail florists, garden centers, grocery stores and plant shops within approximately a 125-mile radius of our greenhouse in Gordonsville, TN-- contingent upon current routes.   • Do you sell to individuals?
    At this time, we sell wholesale only to retail businesses with a federal tax ID & plant dealer certificate, when applicable. Customer service is available by delivery only for previously approved customers and addresses within our shipping range. Please contact us for more detailed shipping info.
  • Do you offer any seasonal &/or outdoor products?
    Yes! Late December - Mid April: Bulb plants such as Cyclamen, Amaryllis, Tulips, Hyacinth, Daffodils, Florist Mums, etc. April - June: Florist Azalea trees/bushes/hoops (indoor only), Calla Lilies, Hydrangeas, Hibiscus, Mandevilla, Dipladenia, Boston & Kimberly Queen Ferns (available by request year-round), gardenia, geraniums, mixed blooming hanging baskets September - October: Hardy Mums, Florist Mums, (Crotons (available year-round are wonderful for bright fall color!) Mid November - Mid December: Poinsettias, Christmas Cactus, Amaryllis, Norfolk Pine, Myrtle Topiary Trees, etc. We also adjust our year-round container garden designs to flow with the seasons: Spring gardens include a lush display of fresh, pastel & bright blooms. Summer gardens have lots of cooling, tropical greens. *Also check out our succulent & cacti gardens (available year-round).* Autumn gardens include colorful foliage such as crotons & mums. Winter gardens include holiday-friendly plants such as evergreen foliage and poinsettias.
  • How do I place my order?
    New Customers Please submit the New Customer Application via email, and call us directly to confirm your account terms and purchase options. Current customers We accept orders via phone & email. If you have questions or would like to speak to someone before ordering, please call our office. **Orders must be placed by 12pm for next-day delivery-- for existing customers.** Business Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm *Greenhouse customer service by appointment only, not open for in-person shopping* +1 615-489-2647 sales@southernwholesalefoliage.com
  • I need something specific. Can I make a special order request?
    Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate your requests with adequate advanced notice for future ordering. We require a non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering, which will be applied toward your order. Please note, some plants may not always be available throughout the year, but we will always let you know promptly regarding availability and confirm your order details with you as early as possible. You can also check out our current availability on the website; we may already have what you're looking for!
  • Is there an order minimum?
    Delivery within our current routes: $300 minimum + $12 delivery fee Greenhouse Pick-Up: NOT available at this time. Please call us directly to inquire about future pick-up Delivery to new location or location out of our delivery zone: A higher minimum may apply.   • Is there a delivery fee?
    All orders will incur a deliver fee of $12.00 or more, depending on shipping details/specific requests. Any special order shipping requests for off-schedule or off-route date(s)/time(s) may incur an additional fee.   • How do I pay my bill?
    We accept cash, check and credit card payments. Payment is due at the time of delivery. Our drivers accept cash, card or check payments at the time of delivery. The terms of your account and billing options will be Due at Delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated. New accounts must be COD for a minimum of 1 year to develop a business relationship. Any requests after that time for Net terms must be approved in advance with management & secured with a credit card on-file, which will be charged on the statement date for any outstanding balance when alternate payment has not been received. If you missed the driver at the time of delivery, please pay online via the emailed invoice from Southern Foliage or promptly mail your payment to the following address: Southern Wholesale Foliage 228 Main Street East, Gordonsville, TN 38563 Late payments will incur a 5% fee accrued monthly on balance due until paid in full.
  • I just received my order, and there's an issue... What can I do to get it fixed?
    Please call us right away! 615-489-2647 We always value your business and pride ourselves on our customer service and high-quality products. If you have any issue with invoicing or something you've received, please be sure to let us know IMMEDIATELY. Replacement or credit requests must be received within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Blooming plants and special orders are sold AS-IS, so please be sure to look at your order before the driver leaves!
